After yesterday's filming, Ryan, Laurence and I had agreed to do filming in the afternoon, but after returning home both I found out I couldn't make the afternoon, so we decided to film in the morning instead. Unfortunately I couldn't get hold of Laurence till he contacted me towards the end of us editing, but nevertheless we got it done.
Firstly we uploaded the video off of the camera which we shot yesterday and put them into our production. The 360 degree shot which we did again yesterday was too boring just going around twice looking at the players focusing, so we both agreed to slow it down on the players faces and make it black and white. As well as this we made it look like someone was blinking on every player as if it was a POV shot. This worked very well as it makes it more interesting and more intense.
Secondly we edited the stairs scene which we shot yesterday also. This scene also looked quite boring with me just walking up the stairs, so we did another split screen... on the top is me walking up the stairs with the camera face on and on the bottom of the screen is the handheld view.
After realising that the stairs shot at the train station still needed to be re shot we did that again within the school premises improving the lip syncing and taking out the zoom that wasn't needed.
Lastly we needed to shoot a final flashback. For this I created a simple 'Last Notice' letter demanding over £500 which shows his lack of wealth. Then we simply filmed and over the shoulder shot of me looking at it and edited it into the train scene on the window, to act as a flashback.
